Kidz in Motion 2025: Connecting, Learning, and Growing
ROTH ID TAG™ recently had the opportunity to attend Kidz in Motion, the annual child passenger safety (CPS) conference held in Madison, Wisconsin. Known as the only national conference dedicated exclusively to child passenger safety, Kidz in Motion brings together professionals from across the country—including educators, researchers, manufacturers, first responders, and advocates—all committed to keeping children safe on the road.
As an exhibitor at Kidz in Motion, ROTH ID TAG had the opportunity to showcase our products and connect directly with attendees. It was inspiring to meet so many child passenger safety professionals—many who already know about and support the ROTH ID TAG—and to share how our identification system continues to help families and first responders. Being part of this community of dedicated advocates reminded us why our mission matters and how valuable these connections are for furthering child safety.

Throughout the week, we attended multiple education sessions that covered a wide range of topics—from the latest research and innovations in car seat safety to best practices for training and education. These sessions provided valuable insights that we know will be instrumental in furthering ROTH ID TAG’s growth. We are especially excited about how these learnings will help us raise awareness among both parents, first responders, and child passenger safety professionals ensuring that more families understand the importance of having quick access to vital emergency contact and medical information.
Perhaps the most rewarding part of Kidz in Motion was connecting face-to-face with so many dedicated CPS technicians, instructors, and advocates. Hearing their stories, sharing our mission, and seeing the enthusiasm for ROTH ID TAG reinforced the impact we can make together. Collaboration is at the heart of progress, and this conference reminded us just how powerful the CPS community is when working toward a common goal.
We are grateful to have been part of Kidz in Motion 2025 and look forward to applying everything we’ve learned. Most of all, we’re excited to continue building relationships with the passionate professionals who are making a difference every single day in child passenger safety.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the 2026 Kidz in Motion Conference!

The ROTH ID TAG was created after tragedy struck our own family.
On December 23, 2022, Julie Roth, beloved wife and mother, was traveling with her two small children when they were caught up in a 47+ vehicle pile-up on the Ohio Turnpike. Julie and Edna Rose, the baby she was carrying, did not survive, but her two other children did.
Injured and afraid, Julie’s two toddlers waited many hours to see a familiar face while emergency responders worked to identify them and contact their father, who was at work. Thankfully, Ayla and Rory Roth are alive and well today. They are the true reason for the ROTH ID TAG creation.
