How It Works

Step 1:

Fill out the information on the tag, and register your ROTH ID TAG online at ROTHIDTAG.com/register

Step 3:

Remove the two side adhesive strips and apply the ROTH ID TAG™ to the side or back of your child’s carseat.

Step 4:

Every six months, visit your ROTH ID TAG™ profile to confirm all information is up-to-date.

Step 5:

In the event of an emergency, the ROTH ID TAG will be detached from the car seat and used as an identification wristband.

Step 6:

First Responders and Medical Professionals can use the information on the wristband to contact the emergency contacts listed or access the database for additional information.
