1. Eligibility

• Must be an Emergency Personnel Service Agency located within the continental United States. 
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of ROTH ID TAG are not eligible to win.
• No purchase is necessary to be entered into or to win The Grand Giveaway.

2. How to Enter & Entry Period

• All Nominations will be accepted on ROTHIDTAG.com and must be entered before 11:59 PM on October 1, 2025.
• Emergency Services Agencies will need to enter into The Grand Giveaway. An employee of the Emergency Service Agency may nominate their own agency. An Emergency Service Agency may have multiple nominations, but only have one entry for voting. Entries will be accepted throuogh 11:59 PM on October 3, 2025.
• Round one of voting begins on October 6, 2025 at 12:00 AM and ends on October 13, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Voting entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be considered.
• Finalist will be announced on or about October 14, 2025. 
• Finalist will have until October 18, 2025 at 11:59 PM to submit their finalist video. Video is required for consideration. 

3. Winner Selection & Notification

• Final winners shall be determined pursuant to a weighted evaluation consisting of seventy-five percent (75%) community voting obtained on rothidtag.com and twenty-five percent (25%) assessment of video submission quality.
• Winners will be notified via email no later than November 6, 2025 and must respond within 3 business days to claim their prize.
• If a winner does not respond within the specified time, another winner may be chosen.

4. Prizes

• All prizes will be awarded in the form of a ROTH ID TAG store credit. Store credit must be used within three (3) months of winning notification. 
• One (1) winner will be awarded 2,000 ROTH ID TAG simple kits ($10,000 value). Two (2) winners will each receive 1,500 ROTH ID TAG simple kits ($7,500 value each). Two (2) winners will each receive 1,000 ROTH ID TAG simple kits ($5,000 value each). Three (3) winners will each receive 357 ROTH ID TAG simple kits ($2,500 value each). Two (2) winners will each receive 178 ROTH ID TAG simple kits ($1,250 value each). In addition, ten (10) honorable mention winners will each receive a store credit valued at $495. A retail value total of $50,000 in prizes awarded.
• A maximum value of $100,000 may be awarded at the discretion of ROTH ID TAG.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be offered.
• ROTH ID TAG reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• A percentage discount may be awarded to participants. If one is, participants will have three (3) months to redeem the discount once notified. The percentage discount may not exceed $500 and be applied to one order. 
• Any store credit or percentage discount does not apply to applicatable taxes and/or fees. 

5. General Conditions

• ROTH ID TAG reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway at any time.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of ROTH ID TAG, which are final and binding.
• Any attempt to tamper with the giveaway entry process or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
• An Emergency Personnel Agency is eligible to win no more than one (1) giveaway in a 9-month period. 
• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
• By submitting any information, materials, or video content in connection with this promotion, entrants expressly grant ROTH ID TAG a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit such materials, in whole or in part, for marketing, website, promotional, and other lawful business purposes, without further compensation or approval.
• Any violation of these official rules by any winner will result in such winner’s disqualification as winner of the Grand Giveaway and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated. 

6. Limitation of Liability & Privacy

• ROTH ID TAG is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• ROTH ID TAG is not responsible for any technical failures or unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway.
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ROTH ID TAG from any and all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
• Information collected from entrants is subject to ROTH ID TAG’s privacy policy.
• Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting the winners.
• All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and any other expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winners.
